Nashville, TN. - Tennessees unemployment rate is more than 8 percent and national unemployment numbers have improved and faltered. H&R Block is doing its part to lower the numbers even more, including continuing its seasonal hiring process.
The countrys largest tax preparation firm will hold its career fairs on:
Dec. 5, 9a.m. – 1p.m. at the Nashville Career Advancement Center, 1313 Old Fort Parkway, Murfreesboro
Dec. 10, 9a.m. – 1p.m. at the Nashville Career Advancement Center, 1313 Old Fort Parkway, Murfreesboro
More than 25 local H&R Blocks offices will be hiring for 250 seasonal positions, including office managers and customer service representatives for next tax season. Applicants should bring a resumé, as interviews will be conducted on-site.
Whether serving in a client services role or the role of office manager, our seasonal associates are the face of H&R Block, said Jerry Nicholson, district manager.
Office positions offer flexible schedules, ability to earn extra income, bonus potential and opportunity for advancement. Applicants should enjoy working with others and be eager to help people.
We’re looking for people who can deliver outstanding client service, and lead and develop people, Nicholson said. We want someone who can provide outstanding client service, communicate effectively and work independently, but also as part of a team.
