MEMPHIS, TN — “This Little Light of Mine” exmplifies Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s philosophy.

That’s according to Professor Natorshau Marlean Davis, director of the Grambling State University Concert Choir. She brought 38 students to “help commemorate this auspicious occasion.”

She is proud to have brought the students to Memphis so they could meet Civil Rights workers.”

The students met several of the freedom riders and the Rev. Jesse Jackson.
