Congressman John Rose (TN, 6th District) is an 8th generation farmer and chairman of the Tennessee State Fair Association (TSFA). He said the Fair Board rejected the TSFA’s input for the design of the new Expo buildings because Metro was in a rush to build them. Now there are several problems like no space to wash livestock or means to sweep up and dispose of manure.
