The new 2019 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS Coupe is designed for the driver with adrenaline that’s built on fast, faster and fastest when it comes to their car.  For some, the Super Sport name brings back memories of 1967, the first year for Camaro, and the first car for many young drivers during that era. Beneath today’s new dome-shaped hood with air extractor, you’ll find a 455-horsepower 6.2L V8 engine that propels you from 0 to 60 in 4.0 seconds. There’s a 6-speed manual transmission with Active REV Matching. But for the driver who needs even more speed, there is also an available 10-speed automatic transmission, and it can also save fuel by shutting down unneeded cylinders with available Active Fuel Management.™ Just taking the SS out on a casual ride to the store brought admirable stares, and evoked several drivers to want do a quick, fast and in a hurry drag race! The SS has its own exclusive hood, that serves as a beautiful yet functional air extractor for the car. It’s really the centerpiece of the SS dome-shaped hood. It pulls underhood air from the motor compartment to help with cooling and aerodynamics.
