The report uncovers disturbing data showing that Black individuals are disproportionately affected by these failures, experiencing botched executions at a rate 220 percent higher than their white counterparts.
The investigation delves into the mechanics of lethal injections, exposing the grim reality behind the procedure. Far from being painless, lethal injections induce sensations of suffocation, drowning, and burning, akin to torture.
