A student at an HBCU gains so much from the experience. In addition to providing a plethora of options, it also forges an unending link in the chain of networking and pride in our nation’s Black History.

Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Redding

At a Nashville HBCU Young Alumni Mixer in 2015, former Tennessee State University Tiger cheerleader Ronnika Parham and Ryan Redding, a Bethune Cookman trombone player with the Marching Wildcats, first met. They began dating a year later. In 2020, the couple got engaged on October 31. At the Bluegrass Yacht and Country Club on July 2, 2022, they were united in marriage in front of 170 family members, friends, and HBCU classmates from all over the nation.

May this union be forever, Blessed!
