    Kappa Alpha PSI Fraternity to Hold Regional Conference in Nashville

    NASHVILLE, TN — The South Central Province of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity holds its 74th South Central Province Council in Nashville. The fraternity’s region consists of chapters in Tennessee, Kentucky and Northern Mississippi. Over 500 people will be in attendance as the conference theme is: “Renewing Our Commitment To Brotherhood, Together We Shall Achieve”A public meeting will be held on Friday, March 29, 2019, at 7:00 p.m., at the Sheraton Music City Hotel.

    Attending the Province Council will be Thomas L. Battles Jr., Grand Polemarch (International President) of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. His administration has focused on strengthening organizational effectiveness and renewing the fraternity’s commitment to brotherhood and patriotism. He has challenged the members to display a spirit of volunteerism and humanitarianism. Leonard E. Clemons of Frankfort, Kentucky is the South Central Province Polemarch (Regional President). His “Pathway Forward” platform has placed emphasis on excellence, achievement, accountability and membership development. “Having this year’s council in Nashville is special as we are honoring the 100th anniversary of Kappa Chapter at Meharry Medical College”.
