FORT CAMPBELL, KY (TN Tribune) – Local Dunkin’ franchisee and military veteran Ray Omar of Capital Brands Group, presented a check for $5,000 to Special Forces Association Chapter 38 at the Legion Memorial Run Saturday, May 14th in Fort Campbell. 

The Legion Memorial Run honored the 5th Special Forces Group, Omar’s former unit, and their fallen warriors. The Legion Memorial run helped raise money with the community by hosting a half-marathon, 5k and mile run. Additionally, Dunkin’ distributed $1,500 in Dunkin’ gift cards to attendees to help keep them running this summer.   

Chapter 38 is a subordinate chapter to the National Special Forces Association, a non-profit Veterans’ organization for current and retired Army Special Forces Soldiers. The Association is a Veteran Service Organization. For more information, head to sfa38.org
