Artist Ludi Amos talks with Tennessee Tribune Editorial Director Sandra Long Weaver about her exhibit “Glimpses by Ludie” now showing at Woodcuts Gallery and Framing in Nashville. Amos, 81, who is from Clarksville, has captured her memories of everyday life with sculptures and quilted wall hangings that are one of a kind and very detailed.

“It’s phenomenal how she brings the figures to life,” said Nate Harris, owner of Woodcuts.

Every Tuesday the Tennessee Tribune takes the time out to interview citizens of the Metro-Nashville area who are doing important things in their field.
