Retired Supervisor Belin died on the morning of September 24, 2021, at age 79 in Atlanta, Georgia. She served as Episcopal Supervisor in the 15th, 16th, 12th, 3rd, and 7th Episcopal Districts before her retirement with husband Bishop Henry Allen Belin, Jr. in 2004. She was active in many civic organizations including Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., the Links, Inc., and the Black Women’s Agenda.

She is survived by Bishop Belin, Rev. Dr. Henry Allen Belin III (Rita), pastor of First-Bethel, New York; Rev. Dr. Toni Belin Ingram (Raymond), Presiding Elder, North Augusta District; Rev. Dr. Roderick D. Belin, President/Publisher of the AME Church Publishing House; six grandchildren: Omar, Iman, and Asha Ingram, Henry IV, Richard and Blake Belin; one great-grandson Zion and a large extended family.

The funeral will be held Saturday, October 2, 2021:
