Should this happen while towing, Tacoma’s Trailer-Sway Control (TSC) is a system that detects trailer sway and applies brake pressure at individual wheels and controls engine torque to help stabilize the trailer. The system also illuminates the stop lamps to alert you to the fact that your vehicle is decelerating.
