Nashville, Tenn.–Music producer, songwriter and singer Teddy Riley has been named the official 2026 honoree of the Gold & Blue Jubilee Honors Celebration.
The Fisk Jubilee Singers Alumni Association and the Nashville Fisk University Alumni Association announced Riley as this year’s honoree. He will be recognized for his legacy, creativity and influence on American music and culture.
The Gold & Blue Jubilee Honors Celebration will be held Thursday, Nov. 5, at the National Museum of African American Music in Nashville as part of Fisk University’s 2026 Homecoming celebration.
Organizers described Riley as a musical innovator whose impact has helped shape generations of music.
The event will celebrate legacy, excellence, innovation and history while honoring Riley and his contributions to American music and culture.
