Fraport USA’s Tennessee team will join with airport officials to announce the start of construction on the new concessions program at Nashville International Airport (BNA), report on their progress to date, and welcome new operators. The reimagined program will emphasize local flavor and flair with more than 90 new concepts by its completion in 2023 – with significant local brands and local operators.
The event will take place in the Concourse C food court, where, by spring 2020, popular local brands begin to bring the exciting tastes of Nashville to the terminal. Following brief remarks, the group will gather for a ceremonial first pound of the nail to kick off the construction phase of the program.
Fraport USA will also use this occasion to announce several new shops and restaurants scheduled to open by spring 2020, the roll-out of a “street pricing’ concessions policy, a new customer service and recognition program (WINGS), and a state-of-the art Central Receiving and Distribution Center, among other developments.
