NASHVILLE, TN — Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett announced recently he will not comply with a request for voter information made by President Donald Trump’s voter fraud investigation commission.

A letter  was sent by Secretary of State Kris Kobach, the vice-chairman of the Presidential Advisory Commission on ElectionIntegrity,    to state election officials June 27th asking for answers to seven questions and asking that states share the name, address, date of birth, last four digits of their Social Security number, voter history and political party affiliation of all registered voters.

Citing state law, Hargett posted his refusal on Twitter last week.
