NASHVILLE, TN — Nashville-based financial services company Advance Financial and its Chief Executive and Experience Officer, Tina Hodges, were recently named the winners of four national awards: a Gold Pillar Award for Best Employer Achievement of the Year, a Silver Globee Award for Jobs Growth of the Year, a Gold CEO World Award for CEO of the Year and a Gold Women World Award for Female Executive of the Year.

“We are constantly striving to improve and grow as a company, and it is wonderful to see our team’s hard work recognized with these national awards,” said Hodges. “And it is certainly humbling to be named a top CEO and woman executive. I don’t know what to say, other than it is an honor to work with such a hard-working and committed group of people who make my job easy.”

Advance Financial’s Globee Award for Jobs Growth of the Year was based on the company’s strong employment growth of 26.72 percent in 2017. The Gold Pillar Award recognized the company for its generous response to tax reform, in which it used $1 million in tax savings to dramatically increase employee compensation and community support. $500,000 went toward increasing employees’ 401(k) matches from three to five percent and increasing the share of profits front line employees receive from three to five percent. The other half million dollars boosted the Advance Financial Foundation’s giving by eight percent.

The CEO World and Women World Awards highlighted Hodges’ passion for community service and support. In 2017, she led Advance Financial employees to volunteer more than 3,500 hours and contribute more than $450,000 to Tennessee communities.

Founded in 1996, Advance Financial is a leading multi-state fintech company based in Nashville, Tennessee. Family owned and operated, the company is aggressively investing in the expansion of its market presence. In keeping with its vision of a world-class customer experience, Advance Financial is delivering instant lending decisions and brick-and-mortar money services 24/7/365. The company maintains an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau and was named to the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest-growing private companies in the country for the sixth year in a row.
