NASHVILLE, TN — Tuskegee University was the victor over Lane College in the first Music City Diamond Classic on Saturday, April 17 and 18 at First Horizon Park. Fans had to wear face masks and were seated in pods of 2, 4 or 6 for the games.
The HBCUs played one baseball game on Saturday which was won by the Lane College Dragons and a double header on Sunday, both games won by the Tuskegee Golden Tigers. The event was a fundraiser for both schools.
