Sandra Barnes, Ph.D., Vanderbilt University Assistant Vice Chancellor of the Office of Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion is this week’s guest on Take 10 On Tuesdays. Dr. Barnes talks with Social Media Director Jason Luntz about unconscious bias, which refers to the attitudes or stereotypes that affect our understanding, actions, and decisions in an unconscious manner.
