    The clocks have now been moved forward and the weather is getting warmer. Spring is in the air. It’s officially time to start thinking about travel and road trips.  Meet the 2025 Hyundai Tucson XRT AWD. This new rugged SUV is designed to tackle both city streets and off-road trails with ease. For those interested, the term XRT refers to a trim level for Hyundai vehicles that represents a rugged, adventure-ready style. XRT vehicles often have cosmetic and functional upgrades, such as skid plates, grilles, and all-terrain.

    With a seating capacity of five, the 2025 Hyundai Tucson XRT AWD combines performance, comfort, and advanced features to provide a versatile and enjoyable driving experience. The seating arrangement up to 5 passengers, the Tucson provides ample headroom and legroom, making it suitable for families or groups. The cabin features a minimalist design with an open feel, highlighted by a new curved display that integrates a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a matching infotainment screen. This layout enhances the overall look and functionality of the dashboard. The Tucson XRT’s interior is equipped with soft-touch materials, particularly on the doors. The 2025 Hyundai Tucson XRT AWD is a powerhouse on wheels when needed! Equipped with a 2.5L inline-4 engine, it delivers a robust 187 horsepower and 178 lb-ft of torque.

    This all-wheel-drive vehicle features an 8-speed shiftable automatic transmission, ensuring smooth and responsive handling. And if towing should be needed, there’s a rear tow hitch that allows up to Maximum Towing Capacity: 2,000 lbs. The XRT trim is designed for off-road adventures, featuring special 18-inch wheels, black front and rear fascias.  The exterior boasts a bold new grille, sleek headlights, and stylish 18-inch wheels, giving it a rugged yet refined look. Inside, you’ll find a revamped cabin with a curving infotainment screen, wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, and user-friendly controls1. The XRT-specific side body cladding and black front and rear fascias add to its off-road appeal.

    And when it comes to safety, the 2025 Hyundai Tucson XRT AWD is equipped with a suite of advanced safety features to keep you and your passengers protected. Keep some of these key safety highlights. Hyundai SmartSense: This suite features a range of driver-assist technologies such as Forward Collision Avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist, and Blind-Spot Collision-Avoidance Assist. Surround View Monitor: Provides a 360-degree view around the vehicle to assist with parking and maneuvering in tight spaces.
