The 2026 Toyota Crown Limited has arrived. It’s one of those types of vehicles that provides the efficiency of a hybrid but still offers luxury swagger features. This NightShade Edition has a somewhat moody, kind of alluring vibe to the Toyota Crown’s naturally elegant look. The Crown itself is a hybrid of traditional sedan styling with crossover height.

Open the door to find an interior that features leather‑trimmed heated and ventilated front and back seats, an 8-way power front passenger seat. Overall, the car seats up to 5-passengers. The comfort-forward seats keep passengers cool during those steamy Nashville summers and warm in winter. Enjoy your favorite music flowing through 11-JBL speakers, that includes a subwoofer and amplifier for a rich, studio-like sound experience. There’s a 12.3‑inch Toyota Audio Multimedia color touchscreen, and a wide, intuitive display that anchors the dashboard with navigation, apps, and seamless connectivity.

The Crown Limited features a panoramic fixed‑glass roof that stretches across the cabin, giving both front and rear passengers a wide, open view that makes the interior feel brighter and more spacious. Even with all that glass, Toyota built in a power sunshade, allowing you to control how much light enters the cabin. The roof adds a sleek, modern look from the outside and a high‑end, lounge‑like ambiance inside.

What’s under the hood of the 2026 Toyota Crown Limited?  The 2026 Crown Limited runs on Toyota’s proven 2.5‑liter 4‑cylinder hybrid engine, with hybrid system with multi-drive modes. The ECVT (Electronically Controlled Continuously Variable Transmission) provides seamless, quiet shifts and maximizes hybrid efficiency. Let’s not forget the standard all-wheel drive. To further speak of wheels, the Nightshade edition’s trim keeps the mysterious vibe buzzing with 21‑inch matte‑black 10‑spoke wheels, black mirror caps, darkened badging and black exterior accents.

When it comes to safety, the 2026 Toyota Crown Nightshade’s safety profile shines brightly. There’s the standard Toyota Safety Sense 3.0 with pre-collision. This suite of safety features utilizes an integrated camera and radar system with enhanced detection capabilities compared to previous generations. There’s also a backup camera with dynamic gridlines.

    THE NUMBERS:  MSRP/About $49,900  — MPG—City/42 — 41/Hwy
