NASHVILLE — A Lego model of the new Nissan Stadium is now on temporary display at the Museum through Aug. 30.
The model, provided by the Tennessee Titans, was built by Jason Burik of Brick Model Design and is modeled after the new Nissan Stadium, which is set to open in Nashville in spring 2027.
The new stadium will stand 235 feet tall, more than 85 feet taller than the current stadium. The 2.1 million-square-foot facility will have capacity for 60,000 spectators.
Construction of the stadium includes 98,000 cubic yards of concrete, enough to fill more than 30 Olympic swimming pools, and more than 12,400 steel beams. The stadium’s roof will span 342,119 square feet and will be suspended by 68,590 feet of cables. Combined, the cables stretch nearly 13 miles.
The Lego model is on display in the Museum’s first-floor alcove through Aug. 30. Visitors can also guess the number of pieces used to build the model for a chance to win tickets to the new stadium.
