JONESBORO, Ga. (AP) _ A Georgia school board will seek permission to rename an elementary school for former first lady Michelle Obama. The Clayton County Board of Education voted 7-2 Monday to rename South Clayton Elementary School to Michelle Obama STEM Elementary School, news outlets reported. The board selected Obama over former U.S. Congressman John Lewis, the Atlanta Journal-Constitution said. CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (AP) _ A small Tennessee restaurant chain has been ordered to pay $563,350 in back wages to 120 employees after the U.S. Department of Labor found it violated minimum wage and overtime rules. Don Pancho Mexican Restaurant kept a portion of servers’ tips and paid other workers a flat salary regardless of how many hours they worked, according to a Friday news release from the Labor Department.
