Deborah Watts is the cousin of Emmett Till, who was 14 years of age when he was brutally tortured and murdered in Mississippi.

Ms. Watts is the Co-founder and Executive Director of the Emmett Till Legacy Foundation. Deborah has been featured in several news organizations including Black Enterprise, Essence, USA Today, Washington Post and others. She has also appeared on TMZ, CNN and other media outlets globally which are numerous. Ms. Watts has received many awards along with presidential recognition for her continuous fight for justice and equality .
