Nashville, Tenn- The Board of Judicial Conduct has issued a Public Reprimand for General Sessions Judge R. Steven Randolph. The judge was found to have presided over a matter in which he had an interest when he ordered a defendant to pay him money, even though he was the judge hearing the matter. According to the Herald-Citizen, this is the second such disciplinary action taken against Randolph since being elected.
