NASHVILLE, Tenn. — Tennessee State University’s College of Engineering is celebrating a landmark year of innovation, growth, and achievement. The newly released IMPACT Magazine spotlights the college’s record-setting grants, national recognition, and the launch of its new $60 million state-of-the-art engineering building.
“This year marks an exciting milestone as the College begins the design and construction of a $60 million state-of-the-art engineering building,” said Dr. Lin Li, Dean of Engineering. “At the same time, our commitment to research continues to grow, with expanded faculty involvement and the addition of two new tenure-track faculty, three staff members, and a research professor to strengthen our research capacity.”
The publication highlights major grants awarded to faculty, student success stories, groundbreaking research, and industry partnerships including Boeing, Nissan, Schneider Electric, Cummins, the Tennessee Department of Transportation (TDOT), and Southern Company,
