NASHVILLE, TN — Lee Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church proudly announces its annual Women’s Day celebration, which will take place on August 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM during our Sunday worship service. This year’s theme is “Empowered by the Spirit: Gifted for His Glory” – Romans 12:6-8. The event will be held in person and broadcast on Facebook Live through Lee Chapel AME’s Facebook page.
Our guest preacher for the hour is none other than the Reverend Dr. Toni Belin-Ingram, Presiding Elder of the Macon South District-Macon, Georgia Annual Conference of the 6th Episcopal District. Rev. Ingram is also a gifted clinician and community strategist. She is a graduate of Morris Brown College and holds a Master of Divinity degree from Emory University and a Doctor of Divinity degree from Payne Theological Seminary, where her research focused on adaptive leadership in intergenerational ministry. Rev. Ingram also holds a Master degree of Marriage and Family Therapy from Mercer University School of Medicine.
As an ordained elder in the AME Church, she leads her congregations toward both spiritual and structural growth. Rev. Ingram is committed to leadership, advocacy, and excellence. When she is not in the pulpit, she works as a master clinician and life coach at Ujamaa Counseling Center, specializing in communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intelligence.
She is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated, and a 2014 inductee into the Martin Luther King Jr. Board of Preachers at Morehouse College.
