(AP) _ Tennessee’s Meharry Medical College has received a $750,000 grant from the U.S. Economic Development Administration to expand innovation and entrepreneurship in underserved communities. In response to President Joe Biden’s first address to a joint session of Congress last week, Sen. Tim Scott (R-S.C.) saved some of his sharpest and most disingenuous comments for the subject of race.
