MEMPHIS, Tenn. – FedEx Corp. (NYSE: FDX) announced that Gina F. Adams has been named executive vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective September 24, 2024. Adams will become the general counsel-elect on September 1 and assume the role on September 24. She succeeds Mark R. Allen who will move into a senior advisor role until his retirement December 31.

Adams will oversee all legal, security, and government affairs activities around the world for FedEx Corporation and its subsidiaries.
