Lebanon, Tenn. – Over one hundred Cumberland University students, faculty and staff joined in on a student-led march for justice on Thurs., Sept. 24. The march was led by a newly formed student organization Anti-Racial Movement (ARM), started by Cumberland student athletes. NASHVILLE – Tennessee Governor Bill Lee announced a 5-day extension beginning Sept. 25th for eligible small businesses to certify for the Tennessee Business Relief Program (TBRP). The new deadline is Sept. 30th. “We want to ensure this relief makes it to as many small businesses as possible who are hurting from the impacts of the pandemic,” said Gov. (AP) _ The Tennessee Secretary of State’s office announced Wednesday that voters who request a mail-in absentee ballot for the Nov. 3 election will be able to track the status of their ballot.
