    MDHA to Open Affordable Waiting Lists for Three Family Properties in December 2024

    The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will open its waiting lists for three family properties on a first-come, first-served basis in December 2024.

    Applications will be accepted online only and can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period at www.nashville-mdha.org. Applicants can locate the application by clicking the button on the large yellow banner at the top of the home page that says Apply Now for Housing or clicking Apply for Housing under the Renters tab on the home page during the open waiting list period. The application process remains the same and will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. Applicants will need to have a valid email address. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirming that the application was submitted successfully. 

    Each property has its own waiting list, so applicants interested in all three properties will need to fill out three online applications. 

    Napier Place
    648 Claiborne St.

    One-, two- and three-bedroom apartments

    Waiting List Opens: Noon Dec. 10, 2024
    Waiting List Closes: 3 p.m. Dec. 12, 2024

    Applicants interested in Napier Place who need assistance may call the management office at 615-252-2288 (press 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. Dec. 10, 2024.

    Edgehill Apartments
    1277 12th Ave. S.

    Two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments

    Applicants interested in Edgehill Apartments who need assistance may call the management office at 615-252-2294 (press 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. Dec. 11, 2024.

    Sudekum Apartments
    101 University Court

    Two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments

    Waiting List Opens: Noon Dec. 17, 2024
    Waiting List Closes: 3 p.m. Dec. 19, 2024

    Applicants interested in Sudekum Apartments who need assistance may call the management office at 615-252-3660 (press 3 when prompted) between noon and 3 p.m. Dec. 17, 2024.

    In addition, applicants with questions or in need of assistance applying may call the Resident Services information line at 615-252-8527 (press 0 when prompted) during the open application periods.

    Applicants may also visit public libraries to access a computer. All 21 Nashville Public Library locations have public access computers, and neither an appointment nor a library card are necessary to use them. Applicants can visit the library’s website to find the location closest to them.
