The people of Davidson County will help shape Nashville Public Library’s future, thanks to a new citywide customer experience survey.
NPL launched the “Libraries Are For Everyone” survey on Sept. 1, providing the opportunity for NPL customers and non-customers alike to give feedback on NPL’s facilities, programs, resources, and services.
“Libraries truly are for everyone, and that’s why it’s so important for all voices in Nashville to be heard,” said NPL Director Terri Luke.“We invite everyone to share their thoughts and feedback through the survey and help us write the Library’s next chapter together.”
In celebration of this initiative, NPL debuted a new “Libraries Are For Everyone” library card on Sept. 1. New customers can get this free card beginning in September and beyond, while existing customers can swap their current cards for this one.
How to Take the Survey
The “Libraries Are For Everyone” survey is easy to take: on phones, laptops, and desktops, or at special survey stations at all 21 NPL locations — with free access to public computers and WiFi.
