MURFREESBORO, Tenn. (July 27, 2026) – On Thursday, July 30, the Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA) will join Murfreesboro Housing Authority (MHA) for the grand opening of Parkside Apartments. The 46-unit development was funded through low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) awarded by THDA with an equity investment totaling $10.5 million.
MHA also received $600,000 through the Tennessee Housing Trust Fund (THTF) competitive grants.
