Murfreesboro, Tennessee: This Wednesday, Murfreesboro-based L & L Contractors will step into the national spotlight on the HGTV show, Listed Sisters. Identical twins Lex LeBlanc and Alana Barnett (a.k.a. Listed Sisters) take on Nashville renovations with flair; and this season, the Nashville duo is bringing in L & L Contractors thanks to their previous project work together and what LeBlanc felt was a great fit for the show’s national audience.

HGTV producers approached Rob Baughman, Project Manager for L & L Contractors, late last year to coordinate the renovation of two historic Nashville homes for the show’s second season which premiers this Wednesday, July 12. Out of hundreds of local contractors, L & L Contractors was chosen.

“I had dealt with some terrible contractors, but Rob was wonderful!” LeBlanc said.

In fact, his charismatic personality, no nonsense attitude, and attention to detail meshed so well with the sisters that Baughman was invited back for a second episode. While L & L Contractors is not new to Middle Tennessee, it will be to Listed Sisters viewers.

“Our company has been in the business of remodeling homes throughout Middle Tennessee for the past decade,” Baughman said.

For L & L Contractors, what made this opportunity especially exciting was documenting and sharing the process as it happened, according to Baughman.

“To be given the opportunity to coordinate the renovation of these homes, capture each step of the process on film and then share the journey with a national audience is truly a unique opportunity for our company,” he said, adding, “it’s a great feeling to not only improve someone’s home, but to improve someone’s life and then share that.”
HGTV’s Listed Sisters (https://www.hgtv.com/shows/listed-sisters) will premier their season with L & L Contractors featuring a 1930s East Nashville home of a local musician (“From Tour Bus to Forever Home”) on July 12 at 10:00 p.m. CST.

The second episode with L & L Contractors airs August 9 (check local listings) highlighting the renovation of a West Nashville home in The Nations (“Mother Knows Best: New Home For Daughter”).

A Viewing Party and Open House/Meet & Greet with Lex LeBlanc and Alana Barnett and Rob Baughman is scheduled for Friday, August 11, 6:00-9:00 p.m., at L & L Contractors, 25 S. Public Square, Murfreesboro, TN 37130. The public is invited!
