Music superstar Justin Timberlake helped us bring our ‘sexy back’ so to speak, and the 2018 Hyundai took a similar note but with style, with its 2018 Sonata. The company brought the mid-size vehicle back in a re-released version that’s actually a seventh-generation version of their model from 2015. But this is a new spiffy, sportier updated vehicle that’s got a lot more bells and whistles. The new Sonata Limited has a redesigned front fascia, new cascading grille design and LED headlights, tail lights and LED daytime running lights. Plus, the newly sculpted back is just as appealing as the front.
When it comes to those occasional front-seat disagreements over temperature, nothing beats a system that lets both people control the climate on their side of the car, thanks to Dual Climate Controls that allows you to have customizable micro-climates for two.
When it comes to safety, the Sonata Limited has it covered. The Lane Keep Assist*Lets drivers know when the vehicle is drifting and may apply corrective steering assistance to help keep your vehicle positioned in its lane. The Blind Spot Detection with Rear Cross-traffic Alert* is a standard feature that provides audible and visual alerts if a vehicle is detected in the driver’s blind spot. In reverse gear, Rear Cross-traffic Alert warns the driver of vehicles approaching from the side.
