First Farmers and Merchants Bank‘s Community Development Officer, Marcus F. Houston, recently presented a check on behalf of the bank to Pathway Lending toward their Multifamily Affordable Housing Loan Program.
Their $500,000 loan will allow Pathway to expand their work and ensure safe, decent, and affordable multifamily rental housing exists in both urban and rural communities across Tennessee.
