Alabama MBDA Business Center, operated by Walker’s Legacy, is part of a national network of US Department of Commerce programs sponsored by the Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA). The Alabama MBDA Business Center has a mission to foster the growth and global competitiveness of U.S. businesses that are minority-owned by matching Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) to contract opportunities and capital sources; business consulting; contract proposal preparation; loan packaging; and facilitating transactions through referrals.
