In fact, research shows that the average risk of a woman in the United States developing breast cancer sometime in her life is about 12 percent — that’s a 1 in 8 chance of developing the disease. Chancery Court Judge Ellen Hobbs Lyle queried both sides in the controversial MLS Fairgrounds case Tuesday, October 10.
