    The all-new 2022 Kia Carnival Multi-Purpose Vehicle (MPV) Carnival SX Prestige arrives with a new name and is the first vehicle to be sold in the U.S. with Kia’s new logo proudly displayed on its sculpted hood. 

    This new Kia Carnival features a bold and boxy appearance, that’s also found on the brand’s highly successful line of rugged utility vehicles – Telluride, Sorento, and Seltos. Inside, this Kia can seat up to eight, thanks to its three-rows plus, there’s a ‘child minding seat.’  The MPV delivers a premium level of refinement, savvy technology, and flexibility. And this new vehicle is filled with “Best Of” features, such as  best-in-class passenger room and best-in-class cargo room there is enough space to accommodate people.

    The Carnival has a 3.5-liter V6 engine, with 290 horsepower.  This powertrain provides up to 3,500 pounds of towing capacity for confident trailer, boat, or camper excursions. And that confidence is amplified by an expansive roster of standard Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). Together, these elements make Carnival All combined, the Carnival delivers an exceptional combination of modern design, capability, safety and luxury. for strong acceleration and powerful performance.

    The exterior of the 2022 Carnival follows suit with Kia’s recent signature boxy SUV style. This strong and confident design seems to be a big hit among customers.  Other updated features include Kia’s modernized ‘tiger nose’ grille that gives substantial width; Kia’s modernized “tiger nose” grille gives substantial width to the face that integrates the high-tech LED headlamps; there’s sleek combination taillights with stylish geometric shapes; and a rear skid plate garnish and reflectors that gives the vehicle sort of an SUV-like presence.  The Driver Mode Select System lets drivers command the driving experience with four different modes: Eco, to help enhance efficiency; Smart, which automatically optimizes the drive mode to the situation; Comfort, which enhances long-range driving; and Sport, for a more dynamic driving experience. 

    The Navigation-based Cruise Control Curve is engineered to help maintain a safe distance from the vehicle detected in front by adjusting your driving speed, and even utilizes the available Navigation system* to adapt to changing speed limits and upcoming curves on the highway. The Highway Driving Assist utilizes Smart Cruise Control and Lane Following Assist is designed to adjust to the speed limit of selected federal highways detected through the available Navigation system.

    The all-new 2022 Carnival Multi-purpose Vehicle delivers SUV design cues, extensive cargo room, and spacious seating for up to eight adults. Available stylings like 19” black wheels, a matte chrome-coated grille, and satin chrome C-pillar and tailgate garnish give it a unique look. Keep your passengers comfortable and entertained. Available leather-trimmed seats give everyone premium comfort. The first two rows will enjoy heated and ventilated seats. Getting in and loading up is easier in the Carnival MPV, thanks to all-access back-row passes. The Smart Power Sliding Doors and the Power Rear Liftgate can automatically open each door as you approach and can be opened all at once with the touch of a button. The available 2nd-row VIP lounge seats with one-touch relaxation mode give your passengers a first-rate experience.  Available Passenger View and Passenger Talk allow you to see and easily communicate with people in the back seats. The standard voice recognition technology allows you to control an array of features without taking your hands off the wheel. And you can mirror your smartphone to the 12.3” touch screen with LCD Digital Supervision Meter Cluster. The LCD screen has ultra-high-resolution graphics and displays a range of vital information depending on drive mode, such as turn-by-turn navigation.
