Knoxville, TN (TN Tribune)–Whitney Maddox was waiting for an Uber in east Knoxville, Tennessee, one early Friday morning in January when he spotted a black sedan idling outside a Planned Parenthood clinic. Giuliani, claiming that they violated a 19th century statute when they tried to prevent the certification of the election on Jan. 6.
