NASHVILLE — Following the arrest of journalist Estefany Rodríguez on Wednesday, March 4, attorneys for the Tennessee Immigrant and Refugee Rights Coalition (TIRRC) filed an emergency habeas corpus petition challenging her alleged unlawful detention.
