Nashville, Tenn. – The Metropolitan Development and Housing Agency (MDHA) will open the waiting lists for two properties on a first-come, first-served basis Nov. 21 and 24. The locations include:
Cheatham Place
1564 Ninth Ave. N.
The waiting list will be open from noon Nov. 21 until 3 p.m. Nov. 26.
Applications will be accepted for studio, one-, two- and three-bedroom units.
Cumberland View
2316 25th Ave. N.
The waiting list will be open from noon Nov. 24 until 3 p.m. Nov. 26.
Applications will be accepted for one, two, three-, four-, five- and six-bedroom units.
Applications require a valid email address and will only be accepted online. It can be submitted 24 hours a day during the open application period at nashville-mdha.org by clicking the button on the large yellow banner at the top of the homepage that says “Apply Now for Housing.” The process takes approximately 10 minutes to complete. Once an application is submitted, applicants will receive an email confirmation. Each property has its own waiting list, so those interested in both properties must fill out two online applications.

In addition, anyone with questions or in need of assistance can call the Resident Services information line at 615-252-8527 (press 0 when prompted) during the open application periods.
Applicants may also visit public libraries to access a computer. All Nashville Public Library locations have public access computers, and neither an appointment nor a library card are necessary to use them. Please visit the library’s website to find the closest location.
