    2003-2024

Chazan Lamar Page was born on July 16, 2003 to Rico Lamar Page and Lawanda Denise Page. As the second child of his loving parents, Chazan’s presence radiated joy and happiness to all who knew him.

Chazan was educated in the Davidson County Public School System and at David Lipscomb Academy. His passion for many sports, in particularly football, was evident at an early age.  Chazan was an exceptional student and athlete, excelling both on the field and in the classroom. At David Lipscomb Academy, where he graduated in May 2021, Chazan was an exemplary student and perfected his football talents, earning him recognition as an outstanding scholar & sportsman.

Continuing in his academic and athletic journey, Chazan attended Tennessee State University where he proudly represented the Tigers on the football field. One of the many highlights of his collegiate career was sharing the gridiron with his brother, Chandon, creating an unbreakable bond rooted in the sport they both loved.

Chazan accepted Christ early in his life at Cornerstone Church and his faith in Christ was very instrumental in his life. All that knew Chazan would agree that he was a true gentleman and friend – kind-hearted, well-mannered, and always willing to lend a helping hand. As a devoted son, brother, teammate, and friend, Chazan’s presence brought warmth and love to those around him.

Above all, Chazan, will be remembered for his infectious smile, which had the power to brighten even the darkest days. His legacy of love, kindness, and resilience will forever resonate in our hearts.

Chazan was preceded in death by his grandmother, Alberta Black Crawford, great-grandmother, Margie Page, and uncle, Theodore Allen Black, Sr.

He leaves to cherish his memories, loving parents Rico and Lawanda Page; loving brother, Chandon Lamar Page; grandparents, Sherman and Mary Greenhill; aunt, Michelle Page; uncle, Dr. Chris (Kimberly) Tucker ; great-aunts, Dallas Vaughn and Denise Page; great-uncles, Dwight Page and Willie Page; Godbrother, Donte Perry; very special friend, Jayda Jernigan; devoted friends, Daniel Green, Kirk Christian, and Walker Christian; David Lipscomb Academy Football Team and Tennessee State University Football Team, and a host of other family members and friends.
