Describing her experience in the industry, she explains:In one part of my life, I make theater. I facilitate liberation, play, tell stories, dance, and celebrate women and girls from all walks of life. In the other part, I work with brilliant women who research and write about how to improve pregnancy and birth experiences. While these findings are often shared in academic spaces, they rarely reach the people most affected. “Mama Stories” brings these two parts of my life together to do what we always do at Actors Bridge — tell the stories Nashville needs to hear.ABOUT THE EVENT“Mama Stories” will run from Nov. 13-15 at the Darkhorse Theater, with doors opening at 7:00 p.m. the performance beginning at 7:30 p.m. each night.
