NASHVILLE, TN — The engagement of Leah Pleshette Dupree and The Reverend Doctor Harold Moses Love, Jr. was recently made public. The wedding will take place in May.
Ms. Dupree is the daughter of Eric Dupree, Alamo, Tennessee and Frances Perry, Jackson, Tennessee.
Leah Pleshette Dupree is a graduate of Indiana University Law School, Indianapolis
She received a bachelor’s degree from Tennessee State University, an MBA from Valparaiso University and a Doctor of Jurisprudence degree (J.D.), from Indiana University – McKinney. Her professional experience includes working in the Tennessee General Assembly, discretionary grant reviewer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, law clerk in the Indiana Attorney General’s Office and eligibility coordinator for the National Collegiate Athletic Association and legislative liaison at the Tennessee Department of General Services.
Reverend Doctor Harold Moses Love, Jr., is the son of the Late Rep. Harold M. Love, Sr. and Mary Y. Love.
Reverend Doctor Harold Moses Love, Jr.,graduated from Tennessee State University with a degree in Economics and Finance and Vanderbilt University with a Master’s degree in Theological Studies. He also graduated from Tennessee State University with a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration.
He is the Pastor of Lee Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Churchand representative of the 58th Legislative District.
