The new 2021 Toyota Avalon TRD offers an exciting drive that’s smooth with a powerful performance going on under the hood. Avalon delivers an extraordinary level of handling and ride comfort. The low, wide, and long platform allow for sharp handling in every turn, while connecting further through the steering-wheel-mounted paddle shifters. The 3.5-litre V6 engine releases 301 hp while still maintaining exceptional fuel efficiency. Equipped with the latest tech, like Variable Valve Timing-intelligent (VVT-i) and D-4S Direct-Injection paired with a smooth Direct Shift 8-speed transmission, Avalon can deliver when it’s time to hit the highways for road trips.

The exterior features a sport mesh front grille, a rear diffuser, and subtle contrasts in colors to present a clean, modern look. Matte-black alloy wheels on Avalon TRD not only look good, they also reduce weight and enhance steering responsiveness. Large 12.9-inch diameter front rotors and red-painted dual-piston front calipers give impressive stopping power for every twist and turn.

Take a look inside the expansive cabin to be surrounded by craftsmanship and authentic materials like the premium leather wrapped steering wheel and seats, real wood trim, and quilted door trim.  Front seat passengers enjoy standard heated seats with 8-way power adjustments for the driver, and 6-way power adjustments on the passenger side. There’s a two-tone leather wrapped steering wheel and large, floating center console put switches and controls in reach. A slide-open E-Bin contains a 12-volt plug, 4 media and power USB ports, and a Qi wireless mobile phone charger keeps drivers and passengers all ‘charged up.’  The 2021 Avalon treats rear seat passengers with thoughtful convenience by offering ample shoulder room, leg space and headroom to ensure every passenger rides in comfort. And there’s a 10” Head-up Display Avalon’s large Head Up display allows you to instantly access time-sensitive information without ever taking your eyes off the road—including vehicle and engine speeds, turn-by-turn directions, audio settings and drive modes.

Toyota has expanded their hybrid battery warranty. From the 2020 model year forward, every Toyota hybrid battery warranty will cover 10 years from date of first use or 150,000 miles, whichever comes first (previously 8 years or 100,000 miles). Standard on the 2021 Avalon, is Toyota Safety Sense P, which is comprised of Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist, Automatic High Beams, and Dynamic Radar Cruise Control.

    MSRP: From $42,875 — MPG: 21 City / 30 Highway
