Still expected to remain lowest among state’s three largest public universities MURFREESBORO, Tenn. — Middle Tennessee State University’s Board of Trustees unanimously approved Tuesday, June 17, a 6.49% increase in tuition and fees for undergraduate and graduate rates starting this fall.
